Troy Hutchens from Hutchens Construction & Development, LLC, is a crook to say the least. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of paying him before the work was completed. He completed around $5,000 of the $15,214.39 that was paid to him upfront ! He refused to take ANY of my calls, texts or respond to the emails I sent both him and his administrative assistant for four months-- not to mention I had a tracking device imbedded in every email, which notified me every time Troy Hutchens opened my emails. Currently, I have an attorney preparing everything to go to court, and the Department of Commerce & Insurance Board for Licensing Contractors is involved, and anyone can view this online.
