Nichols Management was founded in 1996 by John Nichols. His vision was to develop a full service company that would provide only the highest quality property management services to his
clients throughout the Lake of the Ozarks. When I purchased Nichols Management I felt the same way. Once a seasonal homeowner I needed help with my second home.
