MasterTech follows a proven 6-step service system to ensure we discover the underlying cause of the problem presenting itself to the customer. A mobile warehouse containing more than 5,000 parts will be dispatched as quickly as possible. Each customer will be given a fixed, written price before any work is started to ensure they understand the scope of the work and protect them from "additional charges."
