Doug Ross, owner of Ross Custom Homes, Inc. in Lake Ozark, Missouri.Doug Ross spent most his life in the Kansas City area and served four years in the Navy, where he advanced to Petty Officer, second-class. He later earned his degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Missouri in Kansas City. Upon earning his degree, Ross accepted a position as the General Manager of Metro Renovators, Inc, a company that specialized in disaster reconstruction. Inrecon/Belfor later acquired Metro Renovators, where Doug continued in his position for five years.After leaving Metro Renovators he started his own remodeling company and produced several substantial makeover remodels in the KC area. Eventually he and his wife Beth moved to the Lake area so that Doug could accept the position of Vice President & General Manager of Millennium Design Build. There he directly supervised the construction of fourteen multi-million dollar homes, as well as several large commercial projects. He left Millen nium after 5-1/2 years to start Ross Custom Homes, Inc.
