Dr. Colin E. Bailey is board certified in cosmetic surgery and his practice involves the full range of cosmetic surgery and modern vein care (phlebology).

He is Board Certified in Venous and Lymphatic Medicine and Cosmetic Surgery with almost 20 years of surgical experience. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and is one of only a few surgeons in the state of Missouri to have completed a highly competitive fellowship in cosmetic surgery. During his fellowship training Dr. Bailey was able to perform over 1100 cosmetic surgery operations. This exceptionally high volume, hands-on training experience far exceeds the typical 50 to 100 cosmetic surgical procedures commonly performed in most training programs.

Dr. Bailey is passionate about both cosmetic surgery and modern vein care. In building his practice, he has surrounded himself with a staff of nurses and technicians who love what they do and share a commitment to excellence in their work.
