We contacted Hancock Construction among others to get a bid on a garage with a second story. Hancock Construction was chosen and made all arrangements, i.e., the dirtwork subcontractor, trusses, etc. When the ground was ready for the actual build, the crew was on time, experienced, worked together so well, and within one day, the walls were up. Trusses followed, roofed and buttoned up to await the next phase, which wouldn't start until 6 months later. The whole job was beautifully executed and we are so happy with the quality workmanship and the price was reasonable! We have no concerns or regrets, after 3 years, and will always contact Hancock first to get an expert evaluation of a job at hand! We have a beautiful garage and the construction exceeded our expectations in a very good way!
