SERVICES WE PROVIDE AT NO ADDITIONAL COST

1) Convenient appointments for signing closing documents for refinances.
2) We provide after hours appointments, appointments in the customer’s home, appointments at the Bank or Credit Union, or at either of my offices.
3) I have an office at 2141 Boston Road in Wilbraham, MA and another at my home in Ware. For purchases we usually need to have clients sign documents in our office.
4) Faster service to our customers. Sometimes time can be very important. Because we do our own title work we can often finish the title search the same day we receive the closing from the bank and provide service which is several days faster than many other offices.
5) We provide digital copies as well as paper copies to clients. Frequently clients really appreciate receiving an email with all their documents in addition to paper copies which are eventually lost of thrown out.
