I calles the company they arrived as said they would when the guy got in my home he sat down told me he would need to take my laptop back to the office to fix.... ok...! a week later I had to call them for the update he said he would drop...

They got it Right! Others did not!
My computer didn't boot up. I brought it to two other firms to have it fixed. One told me it was a blown hard drive, the other ( Kaplins in Manchester) told me it had a failed motherboard.
