Terrible customer Service
The guys that installed the water heater were a little rough around the edges, with swearing up and down. Thank God I did not have my little daughter around. The did not clean up at all, and brought the outside mud all inside my house....

When Rich could not fix my sink in the morning, he suggested that I buy a new faucet -- and then came back in the pm and installed it. without charging me for another visit.
