SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!

I'm only giving this place 1 star because I can't give them zero. I ordered an item on 12-20-2010 and when I click "Where is my order?" it says it's "Not Yet Shipped Back Ordered", yet they charged me for it right away. - I emailed them...
