The drinks were under-poured. Everybody at the bar looked like they were one negative comment from suicide by the close by Amtrak train that runs directly beside the building. The service was lacking in more areas than I knew was possible. Go to Waters Edge if you want an alright bar. Go to Bills Seafood if you want a GREAT one.
