I would not recommend this company AT ALL. Mr. Madore is not trustworthy. He will not show up when he says he will. We closed on a home and Mr. Madore was being paid $1500 by the seller after closing to fix our bathroom...replacing rotted floor and wall in shower. Mr. Madore spoke to people we know and said the actual job will only cost him $900. It didn't bother me since I wasn't paying for the work. When Mr. Madore finally showed up to work (was a no call no show the first week he as supposed to start) he looked at everything and tried to get us to pay $300 more since he had to replace the floor. After arguing with him and letting him know we know he said the job was only costing him $900, he dropped his argument and continued to work... Mr. Madore's tile work was poor at best. Nothing was lined up. The grout work was sloppy. The 2nd day after the tile was installed, the tile was already coming. I ended up re grouting the tile on the floor and shower myself...Then the next week I looked in my vanity and noticed a lot of mold. Mr. Madore didn't correctly install the piping to the sink and there was a constant leak. We also noticed we no longer had our toolbox...well because Mr. Madore also took our toolbox (hopefully by mistake). I called Mr. Madore to return my tools or to see if I can come pick them up. He said he would drop them off in the next couple of days...he never did. I called again about the tools and to have him fix the sink, he said he will show up at 2pm to fix the sink and bring the tools...he didn't show up or call. I called again this morning about the tools and sink. Mr. Madore said he would show up at 2pm. Well it is currently 4pm and guess what, Mr. Madore didn't show up. I called him at 3:30pm. Mr. Madore picks and says - oh hey, I was about to call you. I can't come today. Did you try to tighten the pipes at all under the sink? NO, no i didn't since 1) You have my tools! and 2) Its your job to fix your mistake. Mr. Madore then says he will definitely come tomorrow (NYE) around 3pm to fix. I asked him to call me. We will see.
