I hired B and E Home Improvement spoke with Errol Palmer on 4-16-04 he gave me an estimate for a Prestique I High Definition w/StainGuard\", which had a 40yrs warranty on it. A couple of days after Mr. Palmer started on my home, I was meeting another contactor and I just happened to look at the wrapping on the roof shingles the packaging was showing a 20yrs. warranty on it. When I confronted him - he was very nervous. I told him to get the material I had ordered and replace the roof or I would call the police. He had a woman call me supposedly the supplier, she told me that they only had unwrapped Prestique I High Definition in stock, so I agreed to accept big mistake - it was probably Phyllis Palmer on the other end. I also added to the contract if anything happened to the roof he would fix it. After two years the ridge cap shingles are missing and starter strips are buckling on all three of my dormer and God knows what else is missing. When I contacted him he completely blew me off. I complained to the BBB used his roofing experience to make me sound like I didn’t know what I was talking about even after I faxed the amended contract with his signature and date on it. Buyer beware this is one shady company. 0 stars
