I wish I read the recent reviews. They are very disorganized, make you wait, and charge a lot more than they quote. If you want to over pay for poor service, this is the place for you.

OVERcharged and bad customer service
They will cheat you, please get everything in writing. Break down all costs from them and be aware that the office manager does not care what you think. She is very argumentitive.

They quoted me a price and did not deliever, actually they sent me a bill asking for more money few months later. I recommend getting your contacts some where else.

Will not be going back
Took my two teenaged sons here for exams and glasses on April 22nd. Picked up the first son's pair a week later - glasses were okay but the support staff didn't seem to want to sit down with us to make sure the frames fit properly. I...American Express
