We've only had good experiences with them. They are courteous on the phone and in person, quick to repair, well priced and very professional.People don't stand behind their products!
So very disappointed. Bought a G.E. washing machine that failed to remove the water from the clothes. Repairman they sent out was actually able to wring the clothes out, but refused to put that on the repair sheet.
