This cab/taxi service is horrible...very unorganized. I hope your not trying to get to the airport or train station because if youre planning to use this company for service forget about making your flight or train. The drivers gave attitudes as soon as you get into the cab, as if it's your fault the way their day of servicing is going. And some of the dispatchers have been ignored by the drivers,most of the cabs are filthy and have an odor when you go to get into them. If it's the weekend especially early morning you better have a back-up plan to get transportation to where ever, most likely there will be only one to two drivers on duty. So, that means your wait time is about 1hour and a half or 2 hrs. even. People arrive at the train station and end up stranded. The drivers call-off all the time since they rent/lease the cab, so they only work when it's convenient for them. Whatever you do have a back-up ride maybe private car service...because these guys are not reliable when it comes to taxi service. There should be another cab company besides them in Lancaster,Pa
