Who is White Rose Credit Union?
On February 13, 1950, the Charter was signed and approved for the organization of White Rose Postal Employees Federal Credit Union.
We started out in a garage and by 1994, we occupied 4 offices on the 2nd floor of the downtown Post Office.
In 1997, the East York office was built and we completed a merger with Greater York Municipal Employees Federal Credit Union. In 2001, we were blessed with another merger, this one with StanReco Credit Union. This was followed by four more mergers; Flinchbaugh Credit Union (2006), Acco York Federal Credit Union (2008), Yorkco School Employees Credit Union (2009) and finally Central York FCU (2012).
Following the Flinchbaugh merger, we opened our Red Lion Branch and the West York Branch was acquired through the Acco merger.
With all the changes White Rose has seen, we still believe that we are holding up to what the Charter Members wanted. Credit Unions are different, not because of the products we offer, but because of the way in which we are run.

White Rose Credit Union has again earned the Bauer Financial 5 star rating in the top 100 Credit Unions in the Nation!
