Avoid at all possible costs!
I opened an account because I needed to do a wire transfer. I was told that I can do it on line. Well, the interface does not allow you to make it (to complete an activation process which is required to performed first, that is), the phone number listed at 'contuct us' gives you a run around, another phone number that was listed in Chase package, put me on hold for half an hour, after which I had to hang up.
