Misericordia Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

Misericordia Nursing and Rehabilitation Center was founded in 1943. Our mission is to serve our residents with a heart of mercy by providing kind, patient, and compassionate care that meets individual needs and preferences. Misericordia is a 50-bed Medicare certified skilled nursing facility which offers 24-hour skilled nursing care as well as assistance with activities of daily living such as dressing, toileting, bathing and eating. In addition, we offer physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy for your rehabilitation needs. We also offer hospice services for end of life needs as well as respite services for care givers who need a break from the challenges of caring for a loved one at home.
