Quality Wholesale Inc., home of KidSmart Holiday Shoppes and the Carlisle Party Outlet, based in Carlisle PA, is a family owned business founded by Bill Sheehan in 1988. From crude beginnings working from his home, Bill quickly began to build a loyal local customer base as a result of providing excellent service and quality products for fundraising and holiday gift shop programs. In 1990, Bill secured their current 34,000 sq. ft. warehouse/office facility , just in time, he reports, as merchandise was starting to take over the garage and half of the house. A happy day it was for his lovely wife Susan to get her house back! Quality Wholesale soon became a predominant school fundraising force throughout Pennsylvania and neighboring states, and is now servicing schools across the lower 48 through a number of professional sales representatives with a variety of high-yielding order-taker catalogs, including delicious frozen food varieties, gift shoppers, wrapping paper, snacks, and useful household items, remaining competitively priced, and offering generous incentive programs for the school and students alike.
