Rude owners and employees
Sopranos has good food but the staff is incredibly rude. Every time I am there I always take my food to go because I don't want to stick around. The employees always have attitudes and do not view customer service as a priority.

I have lived in Palmyra for about 6 years now. Im originally from upstate NY...lived in Brooklyn...know Italian Food. I have never worked for Sopranos nor do I know anyone who does. I have to say...I have been to Sopranos with my family...Worldwide > United States > Palmyra, PA > Pizza
