James River Eye Physicians at Oyster Point Town Center is a state-of-the-art ophthalmology practice that offers full service eye care. Located inside the office is James River Optical, a modern optical dispensary that has a comprehensive line of men, women, and children's eyeglasses, as well as an extensive selection of sunglasses. The office is conveniently located in the outer point area across from City Center in Newport News, VA.

We have two board certified ophthalmologist (Dr. Brian McKee, M.D, M.S. and Dr. Hugh Berckmueller, M.D.) and three licensed optometrists (Debra Bashkoff, O.D., Amy Kearney, O.D., and Naomi Sakoda, O.D.) to treat and manage every patient with specialized care.
