Baxter's Sports Lounge in Norfolk had really slow service and our waitress was not very friendly. When we finally got our food it wasn't even warm.

Baxter's was a horrible experience! The food took over an hour, it was cold, and my girlfriend found a hair in her meal. We asked the waitress if we could get a new meal and she said she was not sure.
