The Justice Law Firm was established in 2003 as Gasperson and Justice P.A. with Ron Justice and Kim Gasperson Justice. When Kim was elected to be Henderson County s Clerk of Superior Court, The Justice Law Firm was opened. The firms legal services concentrates in civil and criminal court cases, Social Security Disability benefits, Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, and Employment Law cases.
We practice both in State and Federal Courts. Our goal is to provide our clients with quality legal services at a reasonable price. Our job is to advise our clients of their legal rights, fight to ensure their rights are protected, and do this in a fair and ethical manner.
