Peachtree Center

Peachtree Centre provides short-term rehab, skilled nursing care and assisted living. We have 85 long term care beds, where we care for residents that need physical assistance with care and may need supervision due to dementia. We have a 26 bed skilled rehab unit that is designed mostly for those who need short term skilled rehab after a hospitalization for a fall or other illness, most of these rooms are private!!! We have a 22 bed assisted living unit for those that are still independent with most areas, but may need medication monitoring and minimal care assistance.
