The teachers at Haynsworth are qualified, college-trained individuals who believe that education is an ongoing process.They attend summer school, seminars and workshops to develop methods that enrich their bac kgrounds and allows awareness of current educational trends. The parent is an important part of Haynsworth's success. A Parent Advisory Committee made up of interested parents representing each grade, work with the administration in planning special events, coordinating fundraising activities and serving as a liaison between families and faculty. Parent-school conferences are scheduled twice a year.
