Rude and Dirty
From personal experience and those of close friends and family over the years, Gaffney Cab Company seems quite unprofessional in their service to the public. Several drivers are extremely rude and most unhelpful when getting customers from point a to point b. We had family come into town over the holidays and on a few occassions they used this service. Each time they were highy dissatisfied and even once taken to the wrong location. The cars interiors are seldom cleaned and it is quite typical for the back seating area to be cluttered with trash.
