Two months ago my husband and I purchased 5 muhly grasses to put in our front yard. We watered and fed them. Never grew or changed in any way. When we purchased them, they had 5 left and the girl said if we bought all five she would take 10% off which we did. They were $12.00 a piece. I could knock myself in the head for not saving the receipt. We paid cash and I threw it away. We dug them up and took them back today to show they had not changed since we bought them. The young blonde headed boy asked us where we had gotten them. Duh, here, we said. We told him how much we had paid for them and he said we don't have anything priced like $12 and some change. Also, he said we don't refund. Earlier in the year, we had brought back some landscaping paper we never opened and the girl gave us our money back so that was a lie. Another woman came in and helped us finally, and she replaced the grass with 5 miscanthus. She said this is more in price. I said it says $10.00 on the pot. She said well, it does so we will just replace the muhly grass with it. I really didn't want to mix them but what choice did I have...she said we don't guarantee our plants. I didn't know that or I would never have bought anything from there. I don't think we will be back and I will spread the word to my plant loving friends not to go there. Your little blonde headed boy needs a course in customer service. The way he spoke to us really upset me. Sincerely, Leslie Bowles
