There have been 12 complaints with the Better Business Bureau against One Step Realty in the last 36 months. Everything from unlawful repairs, late payments, and non existent communication. Just read the reviews, this company is a JOKE.

The worst company I have ever been associated with!
They were mildly helpful prior to renting my house (although there were certainly signs in retrospect I should have noticed) -since then it went down hill rapidly.
