I had the most acute pain every time I went to bed and I come to find out that what looked life a black dot in the back of teeth # 11 was a disgusting cavity that had reached the root of my tooth. When they opened it up to clean it, the smell was terrible. I had no idea how disgusting rotten tooth smelled like. Well as doctor Mir said, we have to try to save the teeth that we have, but if they will be more harm than good to the other teeth they are better to be removed. I had tooth number 11 removed and replaced by his implant. You cant tell the difference, see I drink alot of coffee and my teeth are stained. the implant has the same color so it looks great, no different from the rest and I have no more pain, I do everything the same, eat what ever I want and at age 28 no one can tell I have a fake tooth, how cool is that.
