Installed wrong system
I've just discovered from an experienced fireplace service that Cozy Warm Fireplaces installed a wood burning gas unit in my house instead of an all-gas fireplace like I paid for. It will cost around $2500 to fix this screwup.

HUGE MISTAKE...BE WARNED!
DO NOT SUPPORT COSY WARM!!! We purchased a pellet furnace from them a couple years ago. It was installed incorrectly & leaked exhaust smoke throughout our home.
