Big Boy....dissapointment

I don't eat out much but, when I do, I enjoy Big Boy on Pearl Street in Grand Rapids, MI.
It's my birthday week and Big Boy was my destination
One side if my once wonderful Multi-grain pancakes were golden brown, the other side burnt....
