Backstreet Bagel Company began as Backstreet Bagel & Deli in 1996 with a dream to bring genuine East Coast bagels to the mountains of Western Colorado. 25 years later we still take pride in our authentic New York style bagels and signature coffee drinks. We stubbornly believe bagels are meant to be made from scratch. And that they should be eaten the same day they are baked. So we get up before everyone to bake at least 15 flavors of bagels every single morning. We believe our bagels are the best in the world. Maybe it's the water that melts straight off the San Juan peaks. Or the arid high desert climate that creates a perfect environment for aging the dough. Or maybe it's just the love we put into our work at Backstreet Bagel Company.
