I was admitted to practice law by the Indiana Supreme Court on October 9, 1974, United States Federal District Court on October 30, 1974, United States Court of Appeals, Chicago, IL, 7th Circuit on September 11, 1978, and the United States Supreme Court on June 8, 1981.
