Great staff
This is a nice new and updated place to take your pet. They are comparable in price to other places and they are very caring and knowledgeable. They are right in town. They are quick to return calls and answer any questions and try to help over the phone if they can. They have dog obediance classes.

I left angry...not a good time.
My husband and I took our Chinese Crested dog named Kitty to Line Street for a follow up on an issue we had before we moved to Indiana, and not only did they not do anything to check her to see if there was an infection still, but they were incredibly rude to us about our choice to not alter our dog physically. She has no issues that need surgery as of yet in her life, and we decided to not have anything done to her unless it became necessary, yet they were rude and pestered us about it and when we finally had had enough, we sternly told the Dr, surgery was not our plan, she stopped and ended the visit. She never checked her for an infection and did nothing more than check her temp and feel her bone structure and told us she recommended an ultrasound by another Dr. The staff aside from the Dr herself were wonderfully nice. Otherwise, we felt alienated and judged for our moral beliefs and discriminated on as well. We will never visit there again.

Not thorough enough
I had a young male dog in years ago that was licking zinc paint off my fence (paint was defective). I brought him in and got weight checked and asked about toxicity of the paint. Was told no problem. He was eating and drinking well but .2 weeks later he collapsed and lost over 20 lbs and was jaundiced. Rushed to ER in Ft Wayne. Was accused of starving him. Told them to call Line St. and verify I just had him in for weight check and questions about the paint and showed them the paint on his muzzle and tongue. They kept him going till the next day where I was then instructed to take him to my vet. Took to vet first thing and was told there was no hope, liver failure. They left IV in him and sent him home to die. I force fed him and continued him on IV for 2 weeks and he recovered. After that he would have a seizure once a year. An old vet I started going to again asked to see the paint can (saved it) and said yes- the paint was toxic. He reccommended a diet change to a lower gluten foo

I would never go anywhere else
I had a great experience when I visited Line Street Veterinary Hospital! The hospital itself was new, clean, and well decorated. I was greeted right when I walked through the door and didn't even have to sit down in the waiting room, they took me right into an exam room and an assistant came in within in a few minutes. This was much faster than what normally happens at any type of medical office. Overall, the staff was very knowledgeable and answered every question that I asked. They made sure that I knew everything that they checked and even sent a report card home with me so I could re-look at everything they talked about in the room!
