Richard Motherwell should not be allowed to sell or own real estate. He currently owns a group of warehouses near me and they are in horrible condition and do not meet city code standards. However, Mr. M. must know someone in the city because after 3 years of calling and reporting his violations the city has done nothing. He is paying off someone so that he can leave the buildings in substandard condition. I also have to call the city every 2-3 weeks during mowing season for the last 10 years to get him to mow the grass. He is an irresponsible land owner and should not be allowed to own property, let alone sell it. Had to give him a 1 rating to submit, would have liked to give him a -10 rating.
