Quality and Value, Every Aisle, Every Day! Offerle Apothecary, Inc. was started by Joseph Offerle R Ph, in July 1977. In September 1980, we extended our prescription services and started Medical Dental Home Health Care, specializing in Durable Medical Equipment/Medical Supplies. In July 2002, the prescription business closed but we maintained Medical Dental Home Health Care. In October 2004, Cindy (Offerle) Wright joined Offerle Apothecary, Inc. to co-own the company with her father. In November of 2008 we moved to an expanded location and changed our doing business name to M-D Choice Medical Supply. In January of 2011, Cindy Wright purchased the remainder of the company from her father. We employ two nurses Shirley Brandt, LPN and Susan Seabolt, LPN CFom, who are certified fitters for breast prosthesis, compression garments, and orthotics for in-store patients. We also staff Brent Bechman who is our store supervisor and Barbara Moeller who is our billing coordinator. All of our employees are readily available to help our customers answer questions and provide consultations regarding medical supplies such as ostomy, wound care, incontinence, and convalescent aids. Since 1977 we continue to pride ourselves in providing our customers with Prompt-professional courteous service.
