Developed in 1965, Towne House Retirement Community is a not-for-profit, continuing care retirement community offering a complete range of services designed to meet your changing needs. We provide active senior living in our lovely Chapman's Crossing homes, independent and assisted living in our spacious apartments, and comprehensive and skilled nursing care in our adjoining Medicare certified health and rehabilitation center. The beautifully landscaped grounds of the Towne House campus include attractive courtyards, putting green and playground for our very young visitors. We also have Krouse park, which has paved walkways, benches, and gazebos. All residents have an opportunity to enjoy nature at its best. For those times when nature is not at its best, you can enjoy the advantages of the apartment building's underground parking or the large, attached two-car garages of the Chapman's Crossing homes. You also need not worry about shoveling the sidewalks and driveways in the winter. Our efficient staff takes care of those chores. If there are days you choose not to drive, you may wish to utilize our transportation services.
