We use fresh custom blended Wisconsin Cheese that starts with whole milk Mozzarella (whole milk is richer than skim milk). We also blend in Smoked Provolone, Romano and Parmesan. This gives our cheese a richer bolder flavor than just using straight Mozzarella Cheese.
We make our dough fresh every morning . We offer a thin and crisp crust. White deep pan, hand tossed, Gluten free, Cauliflower and crustless options.
