Chocolatier Justin Schaffer is the founder of Irresistible Confections Desserts. He started making chocolate with his mom and sister at the age of 10 and the rest is history. IC started its craft with traditional chocolates like turtles & almond barks and now offers over 150 different chocolates!

Irresistible Confections prides itself on offering a premium product fresh every day. We can create custom chocolates for business, weddings, & events for any customer.

Justin has now opened a new store in the Downtown Fort Myers area. The new location "The Broadway Factory" now offer more chocolates, frozen yogurt, ice cream, & and small lunch menu.
