I had an issue with my Mac laptop. I went to the Apple store with it and spoke to a "genius". They told me I was better off buying a new computer this is not reparable. Not wanting to make the decision then, a lady handed me a business card that said Naples Mac Help. A few days later I called Jeff the owner of Naples Mac Help. Not only did he come to me, but he fixed my computer within 1 hour!!!! I couldn't believe it. I found my "apple genius" he is local and so professional. I highly recommend this man for an honest experience. I spoke to a few other people and it seems he is well known in town. I am pleased to say I will be taking all my future computer concerns to Jeff. Judy
