Lemonía features decadent dessert favorites—with a twist—like the Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheesecake with a vanilla caramel anglaise and Strawberry Shortcake with a lemon emulsion, vanilla mascarpone cream, and lemon-lime sorbet. All desserts, breads, ice creams and pastries are handmade in-house by the skillful, passionate Ritz-Carlton pastry team.
