Family Physical Therapy is a family-owned business run by Earl and Amber Mayhew - licensed Physical Therapists. We are a state-of-the-art PT clinic that truly gives one to one care to our patients. The owners and the staff treat the patients like family. We specialize in many areas of physical therapy. We do not accept Humana or Cofinity or Health Plus if your Primary Care Physician is a Genesys doctor.
