after they got my money, it was nearly impossible to contact a real person. If I managed to talk to an office person, I was assured that Andy would get back to me. I DID talk to him once. He said he would come look at my lawn. It's full of bare spots and weeds. I have attempted contacted him via phone and email at least 4 times each way.If a machine answers (which is most often) it won' t allow me to leave a message...unless I used a phone number they weren't familiar with. No one has come to look at my lawn and no one has called me back to tell me why not. My guarantee states I must use a professional fertilizer on it so as not to invalidate the guarantee. I can' t get hold of them to get the fertilizer put down.
