Waited 2 1/2 hrs for them to show up. No phone call to say they were late. While waiting, we moved all boxes & totes out of basement and onto driveway ourselves. 3-man crew showed up w/1 truck. 1 more truck was coming, but they sent it home. Over 4 hours to pack truck (900 ft2 home, 1 stall garage - remember, they didn't move any boxes out of the house). They asked us if they could continue the move the next day cuz it was getting late. We didn't want to but we agreed cuz they were moving so slow. Next morning 2 guys show up. My husband had to DRIVE 45 min BACK TO OUR OLD HOUSE to get stuff that didn't fit in their 1 truck. I helped unload cuz it was going slow. They packed the coolers of frozen and refrig items in middle of the truck & the food was ruined. Put box of books on top of box of china. At the end, didn't bring boxes to their appropriate rooms, just left them in the garage. Absolutely no working w/us on bill. Belligerent owner. No paperwork mailed when requested. DO NOT USE!! A NIGHTMARE!!
