I have lived in a BMW home for nine years now. In the nine year I have not had a problem with my home beside normal wear and tear. Best home I have lived in and I have lived in houses all over the country! I have not had any concrete issues as stated below but for this part of the country that is not abnormal. I had them build me a custom fireplace mantel and they were very prompt on getting it made and install. Great builders!

My wife and me moved into our BMW Homes' house in 2000. We recently just purchased our second one. I am an engineer in the rural area and I have no complaints on either of our homes. The few issues we had with a new home (which is totally normal) were fixed in a timely manner. I have recommended BMW Homes to all my friends, and many of them are in their own BMW Homes' house. I could praise this small company all day. P.S. to the man with the concrete issues, that sounds like a problem with the concrete company, not BMW Homes.

These guys build nice homes on the cosmetic side, but unfortunately they're terrible houses structurally. I had them build me a home about 6 years ago and the foundation is cracked and seeping water, there is a stress crack running through the center of my home, and my driveway is falling apart. They ignore phone calls and tell me to sue them if I have a problem. I did, and they ran and hid behind the minnesota 2 year statute of limitations on the driveway and the stress fracture in the house, the foundation is still a pending lawsuit. I would stay away from these guys.
