In over 25 years of dental experience, Dr. Jenkins’ unparalleled commitment to patient care and advocacy have earned many awards, including the Distinguished Hoosier Award given by Indiana Governor Mike Pence in 2015. This award is among the highest levels of recognition in the State of Indiana, granted solely to Hoosiers who have brought admiration and respect to the state through superior character and achievements.
Dr. Jenkins has also been named a Health Care Hero by the Evansville Courier and received the Dr. Don G. Scroggins Award for Outstanding Political Advocate for Dentistry. In addition to fighting hard to provide dental care to her community in Evansville, Indiana, Dr. Jenkins has provided dental services to those in need overseas, including Zambia, Palestine, and remote parts of South America.
After graduating from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, Colombia, Dr. Jenkins completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the University of Louisville in Kentucky. She continues to remain current on the latest advances in dentistry by attending conferences and continuing education courses to ensure the best possible care for every patient.
