Premier Healthcare of New Harmony was built in 1987, originally named Meadowbrook Manor. On February 8th, 1988, we welcomed our first five residents to the facility. In 1990, the buildings name changed to New Harmonie Healthcare and changed again in April 2017 to Premier Healthcare of New Harmony!
