Thomas Turner, MD

Dr. Turner is a family medicine physician who cares for patients of all ages. He specializes in preventive care and addiction medicine.

He received his medical degree from Hahnemann Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed a residency in family medicine at the Saint Vincent Health Center in Erie, Pennsylvania. He is certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Dr. Turner has been the associate medical director of Lakeland Area Hospice since 2010. He has also served as clinical documentation improvement physician advisor at Saint Vincent Hospital since 2011. He is a member of the American Society of Addiction Medicine, the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Pennsylvania Academy of Family Physicians, as well as the Pennsylvania and Erie County medical societies.
