Wonderful Service
I have been going to Total E-Clips for over 6 years and LOVE it. Price is very reasonable, around $20, for a cut and style. I've never had any issues with a "service fee" for myself or my daughter. Definitely recommend to anyone!

Total E-Clips is awesome! Service Fee? There is no service fee and as far as trimming bangs, they only charged me $3.00. Sounds like slander to me. I wont go anywhere else! Everyone is very nice. They have a guaranty on all of their...Worldwide > United States > Erie, PA > Barbers
